Sarah Downing is a licensed Transaction Coordinator and Realtor, specializing in Sonoma County properties.

Sarah is a native of Healdsburg, California, who holds a degree in mass communications, with an emphasis in public relations from Sonoma State University.

Looking for a more flexible, rewarding career after becoming a mother, Sarah became passionate about real estate. Her attention to detail, charisma and organizational skills made her the ideal Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, of which she is certified through the California Association of Realtors.

After assisting agents with their files (and making their lives easier) for 6 years, she became a licensed Realtor. Sarah’s lifelong knowledge of Sonoma County and real estate experience make her the perfect complement to our team. Not a detail is missed, with a smile on her face and a laugh in her voice.

Sarah lives in Windsor, California with her husband Rob and two sons. She is actively involved in her local community and her children’s school. In her spare time, you can find her at the little league or flag football fields cheering on her kids.
